The Saudi drama production field is still fresh and missing the other markets well established production industry standards.
To help in creating the industry; instead of bringing an experienced crew from abroad we search for talented Saudi crew members, offer them real jobs in our projects and give them a chance to work in a real production experience.
Through this module of facilitation, we are not giving a training chance, we pay them for real work and through real work they learn and explore new production horizons that go beyond what they are used to in local productions.

Drama in Saudi has suffered from the single genre syndrome; comedy has been the main and most popular production type for years, but with all the changes taking place in the Saudi society, new voices need to be heard and different stories need to be told.
Our aim is to explore untapped genres; such as mystery, thrillers, horror and crime; to be able to tell these stories.

We work with Saudi talented writers through applying the concept of having a SHOWRUNNER overseeing the creative aspects of each show. Introducing and cultivating the Showrunner position and role in the new Saudi drama production scene is one of our broad objectives.

Our production strategy is not limited to execution in Saudi Arabia..
We took an outside the box approach of moving our selected Saudi crew members to where the production quality is high, so they can have the best learning and working experiences, and at the same time we would guarantee better quality productions with better standards.
Therefore we had executed productions in Cairo, Egypt. Jeddah, KSA and Cape Town, South Africa.
